- All reservations must be completed on the
reservation form and full credit card information to be provided.
- All hotel rates are based on standard hotel rooms
& subject to availability. Higher category hotel rooms are available by
request.
- Hotel rate are payable via major credits, full
payment will be charged once reservation is confirmed.

Hotel vouchers will be sent to property directly. For your check-in
convenience, please present our official confirmation e-mail.
- All prices are subject to 4.17%Hawaii State sales
tax and 7.25% hotel room tax.
- All prices are subject to change without notice and
are not final until we have received full payment.
- Most properties offer family plan that allows
children under 12 years old to stay for free with existing bedding. The number
of children that qualify are generally limited by the fire code to one or two
per room staying with paying parents.
- All room rates apply to single, double or family plan
utilize existing bed. Extra persons will be charged the hotel's additional
person rate. Please settle the extra charge with hotel
directly.
- Cancellation: once a hotel or package is purchased,
cancellation made within 14 days before the beginning date of your reservation
will incur an one night hotel cancellation charge. If cancellation made beyond
14 days before the beginning date of your reservation will incur a USD20.00
charge of operation fee.
- Date changes are considered as cancel and rebooking.
We must receive all date change and cancellation via fax or e-mail. We will
resend confirmation e-mail.
- Special cancellation policy will apply to holidays
or peak period depends on various hotels. Special rules available upon request
or on receiving of complete reservation form.
